Shipping: Upon order placement, you will receive an order confirmation to the email provided. Once your order has been dispatched you will also receive a shipping confirmation. 

We aim to ship out your products as quickly as possible. Please allow 1-2 business days processing before shipment.

 

Shipping Costs: All domestic orders within Australia over $50 receive FREE standard shipping.

All domestic orders within Australia under $50 are calculated based on the package weight and shipping location.

Express shipping for all domestic orders within Australia are calculated based on the package weight and shipping location.

 

Delivery time after processing: Domestic orders are fulfilled through Sendle. This has an estimated shipment time of 3-7 business days. 

Express Post orders have an estimated time of 1-2 business day delivery within the express post network (Australian capital cities and major metro areas). Regional areas outside the express post network may be 2-5 days.

 

Order cancellation: If requested, we will cancel an order before it has been processed. If your order has already been processed, we are unable to cancel the order and it will be necessary to arrange a return.

 

Returns: Botanics envy will accept returns on orders damaged during shipping. Proof of purchase (receipt) must be included in the return, and the return must be completed within 7 days of original receipt of goods. 

Regrettably, we can not accept returns on opened/used items unless the item is faulty or defective.
